- January-April $350/Night (for up to 6 people, $25 per night/per person extra up to 10 guests)
- May-August $375/Night (for up to 6 people, $25 per night/per person extra up to 10 guests)
- September-December $325/Night (for up to 6 people, $25 per night/per person extra up to 10 guests)
- $450/night (for up to 6 people for holidays, $25 per night/per each additional person, max. 10)
- Two night minimum with three night minimum for holidays
- $25 (per pet and per night, 2 dog maximum, $100 per pet maximum) non-refundable pet deposit
- $100 one-time cleaning fee
- 6% state hotel tax
